For each question, we multiply the molar quantity by the molar mass to get an answer in grams as required....

Explanation:

a. 1.50*molxx39.10*g*mol^-1=58.7*g*"potassium".

b. 2.50*molxx12.01*g*mol^-1=30.0*g*"carbon".

c. 0.250*molxx106.42*g*mol^-1=26.6*g*"palladium".

d. 12.5*molxx4.00*g*mol^-1=50.0*g*"helium".

In each case the product, gives an answer with dimensions of mass...i.e. cancel(mol)xxg*cancel(mol^-1)=g...as is absolutely required....

From where did I get the individual atomic masses? Did I know them from memory?
