Jokes aside, a few differences can be seen. The first one is their shapes.

An animal cell is usually round, while a plant cell can be like a "box".
An animal cell does not have chloroplasts and a cell wall, while a plant cell does have both of those.
An animal cell has a very small vacuole, while a plant cell has a very big vacuole.
