Question #844d7

1 Answer

None of planets (besides Earth) have water, Oxygen gas (a breathable atmosphere), an atmospheric pressure which humans can adapt to, and a reasonable temperature.

Explanation:

  1. Mercury - Too hot when facing the sun. Too cold when not facing the sun. Almost no atmosphere at all. Gravity is not sufficient. No water, no life.

  2. Venus. - Too hot, Atmosphere is most likely toxic. Water vapor is present but no evidence of usable liquid water. Gravity is good, as it is very close to Earth's. Still not livable.

  3. Mars - Too cold. Atmosphere is too thin, Not enough Oxygen gas. May have had water in the past, but no evidence of liquid water presently. People could live there in shelters possibly in the future (with technology's assistance). Gravity is less than Earth's.

I hope that helps!
