Congressional Records

Explanation:

The website I'd recommend is https://www.govtrack.us/
Example: Let's take my current congresswomen Jackie Walorski. So I type her name in the search bar and this comes up.

It shows her picture, and a brief description of her.

This shows where her voting record aligns with other Republicans and Democrats.

This is a rating from different advocacy organization. The US Chamber of Commerce (which leans Republican) gave her a good rating meanwhile Planned Parenthood (leans Democratic) gave her a bad rating.

This is Congressional Committees that she served on and bills that she sponsored.

This is their recent voting record chart, then under this chart on the website is another chart showing how many votes they missed.

All in all, if you still can't find certain bills then go to their Congressional website. govtrack is easier to find bills and sort through it all. Some Congressmen/women almost make it impossible for you to find it on their website.
