that's #l*b=8#
and given height, #h=4m#.

total surface area, #=96m^2#
that's, #2(l*b+b*h+h*l) = 96#

#2(8+b*8+8*8/b) = 96#
#(8+8b+64/b) = 48#
#8b+64/b = 40#
multiplying throughout by #b#

#8b^2+64-40b=0#
#b^2-5b+8=0#

calculate #b# and hence #l# and then find the perimeter
