In the case that this is a serious question, which it probably is, here is my answer, based on my experience:

  1. Practice! Without practicing math by doing practice problems, you cannot succeed.

  2. Pay attention to your teacher! Yes, I know, some math teachers are really hard to understand, or just get you confused. But the more that you pay attention, the more likely you are to succeed.

  3. Do your own reading for lessons that you don't understand! If you don't understand something that your teacher teaches in class, it is always a good idea to read through the lesson once again in your textbook.

  4. Ask for help if you don't understand something! This is probably the second most important thing on this list. If you don't get something, ask your teacher! Don't be scared or shy, your teacher is there to help you!
