First of all convert the masses into weight by multiplying them with the gravitational force which is 10
$5 \cdot 10 = 50 N$
$20 \cdot 10 = 200 N$
now use the formula $m o m e n t = F \cdot d$
Also apply the the principle of moments which is the anticlockwise moment=clockwise moment
so $F \cdot d = F \cdot d$
$50 \cdot 9 = 200 \cdot x$
$450 = 200 x$
$x = 2.25 m$
