$\text{gravitational potential energy } = m g h$

Where $m$ is the mass $h$ is the height about ground
and $g$ the acceleration due to gravity

$g = 9.8 m {s}^{- 2}$

Hence $2 \cdot 1.5 \cdot 9.8$

$= 29.4 \text{ J}$

Use the value of $g$ you have been taught to use, some people advise using $9.8$ or $9.81$ but some use $10$
