Virtual profit made on a chair = $65 - $45 = $20

The fee for a booth at the market = $75

this implies that the virtual profit is gonna pay for that booth fee.

 Number of chairs to be made before he can pay the booth fee

   =  75/20

   = 3.75  chairs, approx. 4 chairs

 4* $20 =$ 80

   ie $75 + $5(actual profit)

so after making 4 chairs, the man can pay the booth fee and make a profit of $5

#therefore# the man will make an actual profit when he does 4 chairs
