Actual yield is always less than theoretical yield?. Give two reasons

Reason 1: Theoretical is #100%# yield by definition. You can't make more than #100%# of anything ever (it's physically impossible...); thus, actual yield must be less than theoretical yield.

Reason 2: #100%# is perfection... do humans not make errors in obtaining the actual yield in real life? Is this not already implied in reason 1?
