An abnormally slow heart rate is called bradycardia. An abnormally fast heart rate is called tachycardia. What is a normal heart rate called?

Technically the term would be eucardia , but such a term is rarely used; rather normal sinus rhythm or NSR is more common for normal heart rate which is between 50 to 100 beats per minute.
