The gravitational pull on the body of mass 6 kg is $m g = 6 \times 9.8 N = 58.8 N$
The upward force on the body due to stretching of spring by 19 m is $F = k x = 12 \frac{k g}{s} ^ 2 \times 19 m = 228 N$
Hence net upward force on the body= $228 - 58.8 = 169.2 N$
