Not all but yes most of them.

Most of the metal Oxides , carbonates and Hydroxides are basic in nature.

Some exceptions are there :-

`1)` `OsO_4` `, V_2O_5` `, CrO_3` These type of metallic oxides are acidic in nature because of the large Oxidation number of the Metal.

`2)` `Al_2O_3` `, PbO` `, ZnO` These are Amphoteric oxides.
