Are there any examples of assonance in "The Cat in the Hat," by Dr. Seuss?

Assonance is the repetition of the same vowel sound but not with an exact rhyme. In the paragraph below there are the words have, cat, bad, and hat near each other all with the short a sound.

“Now! Now! Have no fear.
Have no fear!” said the cat.
“My tricks are not bad,”
Said the Cat in the Hat.
“Why, we can have
Lots of good fun, if you wish,
With a game that I call
UP-UP-UP with a fish!”
