This question is POORLY proposed....we should use aqueous silver nitrate....

..why? Because silver sulfate is minimally soluble in water...

And so we change the parameters of the question....i.e. we gots a #2*L# volume of #2*mol*L^-1# #AgNO_3(aq)#...

And thus we write the precipitation equation....

#AgNO_3(aq) + NaCl(aq) rarr AgCl(s)darr + NaNO_3(aq)#

Anyway, you should point this out to your teacher. Silver chloride is as soluble as a brick, and precipitates from aqueous solution as a curdy white solid....
