B.

Explanation:

Lenin was a socialistic communist. As a communist he believed that the government should have control of everything. The idea is that the government could then equitably distribute the wealth produced to all people.

Lenin wanted to take the land away from both rich and individual land owners. Cooperatives run by a central planning unit would then run all the farms. The food produced would then be shared equally by all the people of Russia.

The rich capitalist would no longer control the wealth produced by their factories. The government would own the factories and the wealth produced by the factories. The central communistic government would decided what and how much would be produced. The wealth produced would be distributed directly to workers not hoarded by the capitalists.

Lenin believed that a central government controlled planning unit could more fairly distribute the wealth produced by agricultural and industrial factors of the nation.

Read the book "Animal Farm" to get an idea of how well Lenin's ideas worked. The book uses animals in place for humans. Lenin would be the pig named "Old Major".
