Explanation:

Standard form of a line is:
#Ax + By = C#
So you just have to make sure that #x# and #y# are on the same side of the equation.
Starting from
# y = 4/5 x + 2#
we just have move the y to the right side of equation and 2 to the left side of the equation,
(In other words, subtract y and then 2 from both side of the equation)
# y-2-y = 4/5 x + 2-2-y#

#2=4/5 x - y#

or
#4/5 x - y = 2#
