Well, 10 meters I guess...
Explanation:
If the distance on the map = 1 cm and the scale = 1:1000, then the actual distance is 1 cm * 1000 = 1000 cm.
100 cm = 1 meter, so 1000 cm = 10 m....
the c stands for centi, old italian / roman (?) for hundred ....
likewise, milli stands for thousand.
