Could someone tell me if I'm right on this one?

Is this 2-Propanol? Since there is 3 Carbons and the -OH is coming off the 2nd Carbon. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

Yes, the hydroxyl (#"OH"#) group is on carbon-2 of a three-carbon chain (propyl), and that makes it an alcohol, so it's called 2-propanol or propan-2-ol.

Or, you could call it isopropyl alcohol, as the isopropyl group is the bent #"H"_3"C"-"C"^"*"-"CH"_3#, where the functional group is attached to #"C"^"*"#.
