Good question....I make it....approx. #881*g# with respect to water...

Explanation:

So we gots the #1*L# of #6*N# #HCl#...and by definition, this contains #6*mol*L^-1xx36.46*g*mol^-1xx1*L=218.75*g# with respect to the #HCl# solute....

But the solution itself has a mass of #underbrace(1000*cm^3)_"specified volume of solution"xxunderbrace(1.10*g*cm^-3)_"given density of solution"=1100*g#...

And thus the mass of water solvent is necessarily the LATTER MINUS the FORMER...i.e. #{1100-218.75}*g=??*g#
