Do any scientist doubt the Copernican cosmology?

It would be more nearly correct to say that scientists have modified and extended the Copernican theory to fit newly discovered facts.

Explanation:

Copernicus, of course, hit on the Sun being the center of the Solar System. But it was Kepler who uncovered the elliptical nature of planetary orbits. Today we find that in some cases it is important to distinguish between the Sun and the true center of mass in the Solar System, which is close to but not exactly the Sun. (The center of mass moves around as the planets carry their masses in orbit, with Jupiter playing the biggest role.) And, of course, the original theory by Copernicus did not address other stars and their now widely known planetary systems.
