Yes nerve cells do have lysosomes.

Explanation:

Nerve cell have most of the cell organelles like mitochondria, ribosomes,Golgi including lysosomes. When nerve cell injury takes place the lysosomes break down the cell. It is replaced by scar tissue.

Neurons generally have a larger abundance of mitochondria than other cells, to maximize the large amount of energy they need to function. They also have an abundance of pumps and receptors on their surface specialized in ionic transportation across their membranes.
