Nerves impulse first arrive at dendrites (branches of cell body). After that it moves to cell body and then it travels down the axon to an axon terminal . This axon terminal lie near to the dendrites of neighbouring neurons.

Explanation:

We can also summarize it as:
Dendrites #to# Cell body #to# Axon #to# Axon terminal
