Surely yes

Explanation:

This is down due mass increasing the surface area. Therefore the more mass, larger surface area meaning more of said object that may be impacted.
Depending how you look at the term 'impact' this is because the larger mass of object could have less of an impact due to shockwaves not transferring throughout the whole object and just a small proportion.

Thus concluding, the mass of the object does infact alter the impact being more/less depending on the situation
