Enzymes made of complex amino acid chains.

Explanation:

Enzymes work like a lock and key. the 3d shape of the enzyme is structured precisely to fit the shape of the protein that the enzyme is to synthesis or digest. The sequence of the amino acids in the protein chain of the enzyme is critical to bending of the protein caused by the hydrophilic and hydrophobic amino acids.

It seems unlikely that the complex structure of a protein enzyme could have occurred by random chance.
