Molecule 1 can be made using the left strand of molecule 2

Explanation:

Molecule 2 represent dsDNA (double stranded DNA). This dsDNA consists of two complementary strands. These strands are made up of the nucleotides A (adenosine) G (guanine) C (cytidine) and T (thymine).
Under normal circumstances A gets paired with T and C gets paired with G. This is due to the structure of the molecules and the hydrogen bonds they can form. A small strand of DNA for example would look like this

A - T
T - A
C - G
C - G
A - G
G - C

By using one strand, like the left strand in my example, you could make the strand to the right.
