Non-uniform

Explanation:

Motion uniform refers to a free-falling object in a straight line at a constant speed, i.e. zero acceleration. Due to the gravity that we have on Earth, a ball falling can never have constant speed, as it is constantly accelerated to the gravitational pull, while also slowing down at the same time due to air resistance.

So, we can say that the ball is in non-uniform motion.
