The epicenter should be near the three circle's intersection

Given

#C_1->(x-3)^2+(y-5)^2=5^2#
#C_2->(x+7)^2+(y+6)^2=10^2#
#C_3->(x+13)^2+(y-7)^2=13^2#

and solving #C_1 nn C_2# we get

#p_1=(-1,2)# and #p_2=(87/221,162/221)#

Solving now #C_1 nn C_3# we get

#p_3 = (-1,2)# and #p_4 = (-9/65,578/65)#

The common point in both intersections is

#p_1=p_3=(-1,2)# which are the epicenter coordinates.
