Explanation:

It looks like there is symmetry between the left and right halves. But, is that all the information? I have no idea if there is meaning to the 2 arrows. Is there a convention I am not aware of that would explain the meaning of the arrows?

It looks like `2x^@ = 70^@` is at least approximately true. But that is just an eyeball judgement.
If it is true, `x = 70^@/2 = 35^@`

And if `x = 35^@`, then because the total number of degrees of the 4 angles of a quadrangle must be `360^@`,

`2*y = 360^@ - (70^@ + 70^@ + 110^@) = 110^@`
If it is true, `y = 110^@/2 = 55^@`
