$x = {35}^{\circ}$ and $y = {55}^{\circ}$ ... perhaps.

It looks like there is symmetry between the left and right halves. But, is that all the information? I have no idea if there is meaning to the 2 arrows. Is there a convention I am not aware of that would explain the meaning of the arrows?

It looks like $2 {x}^{\circ} = {70}^{\circ}$ is at least approximately true. But that is just an eyeball judgement.
If it is true, $x = {70}^{\circ} / 2 = {35}^{\circ}$

And if $x = {35}^{\circ}$, then because the total number of degrees of the 4 angles of a quadrangle must be ${360}^{\circ}$,

$2 \cdot y = {360}^{\circ} - \left({70}^{\circ} + {70}^{\circ} + {110}^{\circ}\right) = {110}^{\circ}$
If it is true, $y = {110}^{\circ} / 2 = {55}^{\circ}$
