differentiate the equation will give you
y'=1/2x^(-1/2)

note that y' is the slope

so substitute y'=1
1/2x^(-1/2)=1
sqrtx=1/2
x=1/4

find the y value by substituting the x value into the equation
y=sqrt(1/4)
y=+-1/2

therefore thepoint is at (1/4,1/2) and (1/4,-1/2)
