The reaction will not continue in the forward direction.

Explanation:

Let's use Gibb's Free Energy for this, as it provides an easy to see example of whether a reaction will actually go or not.

#DeltaG = DeltaH - TDeltaS#

First we have to keep our units the same through all numbers, so let's change #DeltaH# to be from kJ/mol to J/mol. All we have to do is multiply by 1000

#40.63 * 1000 = 40630# J/mol

Now we can do the calculation:

#DeltaG = 40630 - 373.4 * 108.8#
#DeltaG = 40630 - 40625.9 = 4.1# J/mol

Since our #DeltaG# is positive, the reaction will not go, but it is just barely positive so a small increase in temperature would likely be able to make the forward reaction continue.

Hope this helps!
