x=3 & 2
$f \left(x\right)$ is undefined or approaches infinity when the denominator is zero.
Either factor $\left(x - 3\right)$ or factor $\left(x - 2\right)$ equals to zero.
Hence x=3&2 will give you vertical asymptotes.
