The dollar has the trajectory of a parabola from the equation that I see. You have to set #s=0# and solve for its roots. That will determine when the dollar is at ground level.

#-16t^2+555=0#

#-16t^2=-555#

#t^2=(-555)/-16=34.6875#

#t=sqrt34.6875=5.89#

After #5.89# seconds, the dollar will hit the ground.

Velocity function is the derivative of the position function #s#:

#(ds)/dt=v=-32t#

The velocity at #5.89# seconds is:

#v=-32(5.89)=-188.48# feet per second
