Keck telescopes are situated in Hawaii and work in visible,light range.with 2 reflector telescopes.

Explanation:

Radio telescope use radio wave to observe things.which have larger wavelengths...Radio waves can see deep inside milky wa .But visible,light is blocked by cloud of dust and gas in Milky way. Radio telescopes needs very large antenna.
