More than half the values have to be equal and are the highest values.

Explanation:

This can only happen if more than half of the values are the same and are all the highest values.

For example:

#1, 2, 3, 4, color(red)(8), 8, 8, 8, 8#

There are nine values, but five of them are the same. The median is the #color(red)8# shown.

The size of the lower values is not involved at all, but all the top half have to be the same.

#0, 1, 2, 3, 3, 5, 5, color(red)(48, 48), 48, 48, 48, 48, 48, 48, 48#

Median = #(48+48)/2 = 48#
