- vegitative reproduction takes place by two methods:
- natural method
- artificial method
- natural method include modified tuberous roots of sweet potatoes ,suckers, rhizomes, bulbs,runners,offsets.
artificial method includes cutting , layering , grafting,tissue culture.these methods are man made.the result of artifical method is anew variety like grafting of white and red roses plant gives a new variety of plant having both red and white roses.
