How can we make new rising stars feel great?

Hi Heroes team!
I wanted to try something together that's been on my mind for a while. Here it is:
I often discover new contributors around the site who are doing great things (writing great answers, helping others, getting to know the community) — and I do my best to make their first experiences on Socratic really great.
Why? Because first impressions matter, so I want to leave a good one with those folks who show promise of being passionate, contributing members of the community and pushing our mission to make learning easier forward.
To that end, I thought we all could start sharing new faces who catch our attention here in the Heroes tavern, and then make a group effort to get to know these people, build relationships with them, and help them learn to love Socratic.
I could start a new answer here where we can all add people who stand out as great.
What do you guys think? Most interested to hear your questions, hesitations, etc.
