Blood sinuses are blood spaces in tissue. Veins are blood vessels.
Explanation:
Histologically blood sinuses do not have epithelial walls. These are simple spaces in tissue. The best example is sinusoids in liver lobule. These are spaces filled with blood.
On the other hand veins have blood vessels with layered walls.
Veins are the blood vessels which collect blood. The innermost lining of vein is of thin endothelium.
Sinuses do not have epithelial lining.
