Global warming is climate change but not all climate change is global warming.

Explanation:

Global warming refers to the increase of the average global temperature. Climate change refers to a change in the climate of the area. An Ice Age, for example, would be climate change but it would not be global warming (global cooling is a term we don't often hear but that is what an Ice Age would be).
