#AgNO_3(aq) + K_2CrO_4(aq) -> Ag_2CrO_4(s) #

Explanation:

Silver chromate's formula is #Ag_2CrO_4#.

Working backwards from this, we know that we must add something containing chromate since it is present in the product.

We are asked to also use a potassium solution. One answer is simply potassium chromate, #K_2CrO_4#.

Since the product is not soluble in water, a precipitate forms (the red substance in your far-right image).
