${\left(x - {x}_{0}\right)}^{2} + {\left(y - {y}_{0}\right)}^{2} + {\left(z - {z}_{0}\right)}^{2} = {r}^{2}$ ,

the posted sphere has the equation

${\left(x + 6\right)}^{2} + {\left(y - 5\right)}^{2} + {\left(x + 3\right)}^{2} = {7}^{2}$.
