x = 62/-45
y = 33/45

We will solve it simultaneously,

put y = -6x -9 in -3x + 7y = -1

-3x + 7(-6x - 9) = -1

-3x -42x -63 = -1

-45x = -1 + 63

-45x = 62

              x = - 62/ 45

put x in y..

y = -6( -62/45) - 9

y = 372/45 -(9 *45/45)

y = 33/45
