Touch, sight, smell, sound ans taste are the senses affecting food choice.
Explanation:
Touch of the food in mouth cavity makes you to swallow it or not. If the food is course food is rejected.
Color of mood makes it appealing. Generally red, yellow color is acceptable. But blue color is less acceptable.
Taste glands are stimulated through smell. Flavor of food makes food pleasing.
Sound of food cooking psychologically leads to hunger. Frying food, sound of cooker feels you more hungry.
Lastly food dissolved in saliva is the last factor affecting acceptability of food. Bitter food is less accepted. Sweet, fatty delicious food is combination of all.
