$- 108 \div 71$ $-108-:71$

Here's how I did it :
$- 32.4 \div 21.3$ $-32.4-:21.3$ is the same thing as $- \frac{32.4}{21.3}$ $-32.4/21.3$
Multiply by 10 :

$- \frac{32.4 \times 10}{21.3 \times 10} = - \frac{324}{213}$ $-(32.4xx10)/(21.3xx10)=-324/213$

Notice that they have a common factor which is 3:

$- \frac{324}{213} = - \frac{108 \times 3}{71 \times 3}$ $-324/213=-(108xx3)/(71xx3)$

Simplify and you'll get : $- \frac{108}{71}$ $-108/71$

71 and 108 have no common factor so that's the simplest form.
