$2 x y \div i \mathrm{de} \frac{2 {x}^{2}}{y}$

by rewriting as a multiplication,

$= 2 x y \cdot \frac{y}{2 {x}^{2}} = \frac{2 x {y}^{2}}{2 {x}^{2}}$

by cancelling $2 x$,

$= \frac{{y}^{2}}{x}$
