#15 div 3/2 +2/5 -1/3 xx3/5#

#= 10 1/5#

Explanation:

There are a number of different operations involved. The usual approach is to apply BODMAS, or PEDMAS or similar acronyms.

I prefer the approach "How many terms are there?"
Work out a final answer for each term separately.

Within each term, brackets are calculated first, then the operations starting with the strongest (powers and roots) and then multiplication and division.

The last step is addition and subtraction.
