We use BODMAS to help solve this. There are no Brackets, no Orders, no Multiplication, and no Subtraction, so we go straight to Division and then Addition. The direction is left to right.

#18-:6+21-:7#

There are two Divisions: #18-:6=3# and #21-:7=3#

Hence:
