Solve in order of PEMDAS. Everything is already in parentheses already so start with exponents:

#10^3=1000#

So our problem is now:

#8xx1000+6xx1000#

Now multiply:

#8xx1000=8000#

#6xx1000=6000#

So our problem is now:

#8000+6000#

Simply add and you get #14000#

You can also use scientific notation to solve for this.
