-18, 50 have two common factors which is 2 and b and a negative.

-2b(9a^2 - 25)

as you can see now we have a difference of squares,

(3a -5)(3a+5) = (9a^2-25)

-2b(3a-5)(3a+5)

The GCF is now 1 and nothing can be furthered simplified.
