Because the pattern of the sequence is keep adding 8 to 17, now look at 17 as the first term and 41 as the fourth term and ignore all the ones in the middle which are 25 and 33. then we need to come up with a formula, it might sound hard but it is quite easy, we found out that the difference between each number is 8, now it is just a matter of how many time we need to add 8, for example you add 8 to 17 three times to get the FOURTH term, so we now know that
17+(8+8+8)=41 which is same as 17+8x3=41 which gives you the FOURTH term, meaning that 17+8x(N-1)=X note N is the number of times you add 8 to him self in order to find the x which is the exact term. so for your 63th term it would look like this:

17+8x(63-1)=x

which is:

17+8x62=x

then:

17+496=X

Answer is x=513 or simply just 513.
